Calling all Wildcats, Warriors, Old Cats and Mighty Oaks!! Come celebrate 50 Years of Rugby in Chico on October 6, 2018. The Chico State club teams will be taking on all alumni in the annual alumni matches followed by drinks, dinner and program at the Elks Lodge.
This is expected to be a busy weekend in Chico due to parents weekend and Oktoberfest, so book hotels early. Don’t wait! Book now.
Friday Golf
There will be a scramble golf tournament on Friday. $100 per person for 18 holes at Bidwell. Includes lunch, memento, drink ticket and golf. Golf registration is now open. Golfers will be directed to Bidwell Park Golf Course’s website for registration. Friday Night Mixer
The Chico State Rugby Alumni & Boosters Association is hosting a fundraiser to grow our endowment fund at the Bear on Friday night of Alumni, because the Bear and Alumni go to together like beer & rugby. It’s $30 to attend, which includes a burger, beers and lots of reminiscing about the great times you had playing rugby at Chico State. We have the back patio reserved, starting at 6:00 p.m. Please register by making a $30 or greater donation here.
If you’re already a monthly dues contributing member of $10 or more a month, please join us as our complimentary guest. For those of you that aren’t signed up yet, if you sign up for a repeating $10 monthly contribution to CSRABA then the event is complimentary for you as well. You can sign up now by clicking here. Saturday is a RUgby Day
The field will be at Wildwood Park at the entrance of Upper Bidwell Park.
Women start at 11:00am, followed by the men around 1pm. Registration is $70 for a single
$130 for a couple (The couple rate only includes 1 t-shirt)*
Registration includes Rugby on Saturday, T-shirt (as noted), meal and drink ticket at the Elks Lodge. Credit cards can now be accepted at the field. You can register here in advance.
